Out of curiosity, are you just saying 'official', or is this actually connected with anyone from Pop!_OS? If it's the ladder, are there plans to host an actual instance for official use? I think one of things that sucked with reddit was the proliferation of corporate controlled subs that were essentially marketing that shut out any real discussion. With federation it seems to makes more sense to me to have official posts on an invite only instance run by system76.

I'm not sure why, but I couldn't see these comments from my lemmy.world account.
