[Jenna Fryer] Andretti Global has built an F1 car to the 2023 specs in Cologne that will test next week in the Toyota wind tunnel.

Michael Andretti says he is still hoping to be on the grid in 2025, but still waiting for conversations with F1/FOM to even begin.

It is quite exciting that we will hopefully soon see another new team join F1, I hope they can stir the pot in the championship
