We've got some chicken pieces marinating in some Korean sweet chilli sauce we picked up at Costco. Doing that on the barbie, pairing with some salad, sourdough and a few beers.
That sounds pretty good!
Might fire up the BBQ myself tonight, having lamb leg steaks and I usefully use just the fry pan.
