R/Solarpunk will be joining the June 12 blackout in protest of Reddit's API changes. The sub will not be accessible for at least 2 days and possibly longer.
As users are directed to use platforms outside of Reddit in the upcoming blackout, specifically open-source sites, r/Solarpunk lists slrpnk.net on it list of sites to use outside of Reddit, leaving a good opportunity to tell people about Lemmy and other decentralized platforms

It's great that they provide recommendations unlike some other subs that just join the strike without any future plan
