i read quacker and was interested but here are not even rules or a discription so i dont know how i should feel about this community.

This was created by someone that's just filling up community name slots. if you check their profile, you can see they moderate a bunch of random stuff... They probably just want control over the name Quaker on Lemmy.
- Of course, it'll only be in lemmy.world right? There can still be c/Quaker on another instance, so this isn't really a viable tactic.
