This is a nice, light, summer-y drink, by Jörg Krause.
- 2 oz Nonino Quintessentia Amaro
- 1 ½ oz grapefruit juice
- 4 oz tonic water
- 1 splash club soda
- 1 slice grapefruit
Build the drink over ice in a glass, stir, and decorate with the grapefruit slice.

Looks super refreshing. Quintessentia is my favorite amaro... I'll definitely have to try this.
