Update to System Requirements for the new Phantom Liberty Expansion

Get a better understanding of what will be needed to run Cyberpunk 2077.

To my understanding, some of the changes coming to the base game with the new expansion changes the system requirements a bit. Just as a heads up. :D

So CDPR are telling me I dooo have permission to spend stupid amounts of money on PC upgrades that I don't super need, I see :P
