Interesting, thanks for the article. Never thought about flatpack that way but it does make sense. I've just started looking into the subject, and considering doing flatpack maintenance since I don't have the least experience in programming but would love to get hands on to give back a little to the Linux community.
Yeah, a friend sent me this which really caught my eye. Since I'm no stranger to containerization and use Docker a TON for my hosting needs, and am used to every docker image using a typical distro as a base (alpine, debian, Ubuntu, arch, etc.)
