Unless you can afford a lawyer, Stop and frisk is the norm.
3 1 ReplyIf they can't provide a RAS, then it is unconstitutional.
They can try to make one up, but that's where the body cameras are supposed to help.
3 0 ReplyI don't disagree that you're right and it's unconstitutional, but in actual day-to-day law enforcement, the constitution is pretty far in the background.
