Duck breast over cheese and onion ravioli, topped with pan sauce and served with spinach salad!

I started a small farm this year, and this was my first meal sourced from my own plants and poultry!

  • Did the duck taste gamey or mild? (I'm assuming mild because of feed, but curious to know, I was gifted wild duck that tasted like absolute ass).

    • Very mild, it tasted just like a steak. I haven't had the opportunity to have wild duck, I assume it's an acquired taste like grass-fed lamb.
