Only reason i dont like wheat beers is that its rly hard on the brewing equipment , but if ya buying from a brewery and not making ur own its all the same goodness

This is all from my experience brewing at home with some hobbyist equipment , id say dark and wheat are harder to make correctly , darks cuz of the roasting process that u need to make just right , esp. If you are doing blends and wheat is a bitch to filter propperly without it clogging everything ... pale lagers are piss easy to make and ipas are just lagers with more hops and a bit longer brewing time for more alcoholic umph
My go to beer has corn in it. It's industrial made but I'm sure it must be extra annoying to make
