The backup/restore works, the trick is to: Backup; Download backup;Disconnect the PI;Install VM in Syno;Change IP in HA to the PI one;Restore;Wait.

1 0 Reply@DiogoConstantino random freezes cuz the VM was badly created, plus the IP was not migrating cuz the PI was on :)
