Should be right in the video settings to set your fps cap. Though you might have to use the in game settings menu to do so.
@Eczpurt as insaid, the game only allows you to cap it up to 240, and I was wanting a bigger cap like 400 it 600. I tried using mangohud to do so but it's not that good, it doesn't cap it Nice and the fps fluctuates constantly.
Ah I misunderstood the second half of the post. Sorry I wasnt more helpful! You've got me curious now if you can hard cap it while the in game is "uncapped".
