Worst contracts for 2023-2024

You have to believe, if Montreal Canadiens general manager Kent Hughes could, he’d trade away any if not all of the five below deals:

I love Gallagher, but I can’t deny he is the worst contract on the team right now.

I am surprised that Hoffman is not on this list, but they think Armia is worse, even if his contract end next year like Hoffman. After thinking about it, I have to agree. Armia was completely useless at the beginning of the season.
- I agree, I would put Hoffman’s contract ahead of Allen’s. But I guess the author doesn’t see it that way?
