Hope Zardes is ok; this recent injury bug is ridiculous!
Agreed... way too many going down over the past few weeks.
It's the season of groin injuries
Suffered one myself when I played... hurt all season and it's just as bad as you may imagine, lol.
Is it something in training that can help prevent these types of injuries?
Personally, it was just a matter of being loose. So perhaps... I see some players half-ass warmups, which can certainly make a difference.
