Was BioShock Infinite good?

The setting was a step back in my mind, but god damn was the story good. I first played it on the 360 when it came out and didn't really enjoy it so I never bought the DLCs. Got the collection on PS4 a few years ago and played through all of them back to back. The way the trilogy goes full circle with the DLCs blew my mind and completely changed my opinion of the game.
