But what is it?
From the looks of it, I guess something like a triple potato cannon, but for filling with confetti or similar instead.
Maybe it fits bottle rockets or other missile fireworks?
This wouldn't need the larger containers/pipes though (where the guy's hand is). The narrower pipes used as barrels and piezo igniters would be sufficient for this. The tanks made of wide pipes are used for holding the flamable gas & air mix that is then ignited by the piezo sparks.
