Peeling seeds out of dry Red Russian Kale fruit is super easy and calming mind and fingers, too.
Brassica oleracea Acephala that is.
Nutritional value of leaves and seeds = GREAT btw.
Each of the fruit contains approx. 20 seeds (a very conservative estimate).

Buying suchg seeds online costs between 2.29£ per 400 seeds or even 2.99€ per 80 seeds here, plus shipping. The latter amounts to a kilo price of more than 8K €. Oh yeah.

Anyone in Berlin Wedding wants some for free? Just one plant on my window sill is great to have already, and of course in am open to edible other things, if you have some.
