What's your sleep schedule like?

How well do you guys sleep? My current sleep schedule is the worst it has ever been and I'm not sure how I should go about fixing it.

  • It’s a mess. But then so is my life, kind of. For things like this, once you’ve ruled out potential medical issues, there’s often some other underlying cause in your life. I’m sure my messy life situation is one for me

    • Mine IS medical. Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder.
      Turns out an eye sensor - which registers the sunrise and sends the notification to the brain - has a factory defect, and as a result my mind and body never knows what time it is, stays awake and gets sleepy whenever it feels like it.
