Upgrade is complete

Upgrade did actually complete. pictrs had some issues but I think I fixed them (hopefully).

Wow. This is amazing. 0.19.5 feels so much cleaner and snappier.

Still getting used to the changed location of upvotes on comments in Lemmy UI, but I'll adjust
- Upgrading is always a nightmare but once its done generally lemmy improves bit by bit :)
