That reminds me I should make lamb shanks this weekend. A nice winter dish.
I should do a lamb roast one of these days, haven't done one for ages. I do mine larded with garlic, coated with fresh herbs, serve with a tomato sauce. Very slow roast too. Serve with rice and butter.
