Collect all items on the ground, standing where the stylus was throw your ration at the door to the right, walk into the door, stopping if you spot an enemy
I can't believe all this time I was never pre-opening doors!
It's something I got used when doing chals, since getting surprised and hit carries a steep price
Is that worth the cost of not being able to kite enemies through doors?
Plenty more doors available, and you get a couple free shots with the bow
