Is it just me, or is this an image instead of a gif?
Try clicking the link. It shows in the expanded thumbnail for me, but that could be a browser issue. Are you using an app or a browser?

There is no link for me, just an image. Strange.
There should be a link with the text "Shove It". But I don't use your app and can't troubleshoot beyond that.

(For me it shows the title "[gif] shove it!" And an image, nothing more. Other post work fine with links from various hosting platforms so its strange.)
This gif is hosted by lemmynsfw. Maybe that's an issue, self hosted gifs on lemmy don't work with your client? I dunno. It's weird, but then a lot of foss software is broken. Lol
Lol, yeh ... checked other posts. Just the external vids seem to work. Would expect it the other way arround :'D
