post and comments made from lemmy.ml not showing on other instant's

Hi, it's seems post and comments made on lemmy.ml are not showing on some other federations. Also a comment made from lemmy.world is not showing on Lemmy.ml.

Is this something that at sometime be synced again(if so how long does it take?) or are the comments/post lost?
