Took the day off and did my grocery shopping and treating myself out to a coffee today.
Been awhile since I’ve sat out and had a coffee to relax to.
Just said stuff it and spent the money for one.
What's for dinner tonight buddy?
Think I’m going to be making pasta sauce with random assortment of pasta for a few days.
Sadly some of the mince has freezer burn so I hope it’ll be ok to use and won’t taste too bad.
Freezer burn is just a bit of dehydration, so sauce is the perfect thing to do with it.
Good to know.
I forgot the Parmesan cheese though :(
