Seems like someone has found my secret spare house key location and it's gone :(
Been having a few tradies recently and the only way you could see the key would be if you were up high.. and tradies were up on scaffolding above where it was.
I'm not accusing anyone but now means my policy is potentially void and I need to change locks.
This is on top of waking up the other week to find all the flyscreens taken off out the back in an attempted break in.
Fuck those people.
May I suggest a key safe?
I'm embarrassed to say this message exchange was what prompted me to tack a Bunnings trip onto my outing to get a really basic key safe for my spare keys (currently naked under an overturned pot in the car port, which has definitely had things filched from it before). Dont know why I didn't consider it earlier...

You can get very small boxes that have a powerful magnet on it. If that helps.
