I live in America, where 98% of voters would rather see a hundred billion dollars shipped off to another country's war than pay for their own health care.
In most races each party gets approximately 49%, so I think it's a pretty fair number. And, being that war and cost-prohibitive health care things for which there is complete bipartisanship, it's also fair to say that 98% of voters approve of it.
