I absolutely love this dude's content. His video about the music in How to train your dragon is great.
His video about Cats somehow absolutely eviscerated the movie while making the original stage show sound actually kinda... good and interesting? I never expected someone could make me think that way about Cats.
So I have actually seen Cats in the theater and it's just one of those that I absolutely did not connect with. I know it has it's die-hard fans, but I am not one of them. I haven't seen the movie, but what I can tell you is that the play is just all over the place with little to no story. The music is okay, but it is definitely a product of the drug-fueled 80's.
