Hmmmm, I don't think guilt should come into it! If you enjoy something, that's a direct dopamine hit as a result, so no regrets!
I guess the old stand-by of chocolate? That one for sure. It feels like heaven, but too much and you look like a potato!
I guess not what you were angling for in an answer, but I'll give some things I do love as a little bonus here.
Chocolate (we covered that!), coffee (I drink a little more than recommended), hiking, anything beachy (I love to swim almost as much as I like lazing about), I collect perfume like a total weirdo, gaming, summertime, white rum, fruity-anything, I'm little so step ladders are a fav of mine, mmmmmm all sorts of stuff.
Oh of course, I figure bikini photos are inevitable at this point, hah!
Right now I finished playing Resident Evil 3 Remake (my first Resident Evil game! and LOVED it! Kinda in love with Jill now), and am downloading RE:2R right now! I had Cyberpunk 2077 downloaded and tried modding it on my Steam Deck, but that is WAY difficult for some reason, so I've tabled that plan. Am playing Hades off and on, and Wavetale when the mood strikes. Also have Skyrim and Fallout: New Vegas for soon!
Hah! Little-little. Embarrassingly little. Right on 5' tall. Curse you, parents. Curse you for making me a pixie.
Ooh! I just ordered Hades, should be getting it next week. I can't wait to try it out!

Aw, that's nothing to be embarrassed about! Everybody loves pixies! Seriously though, when was the last time you ever heard anyone say they hate pixies?
I like Hades! I tried it on my Series X and gave up, but for some reason the portability of the Steam Deck just made it click for me. I like it as an in-betweener: easy to play until I die and then put down again!
You'd be surprised how many people don't clap after sneezing: that leads to the death of many fairies and pixies! Its a fact.
There is also a whole comic strip series called 'I Hate Pixies'.

So glad to hear that! That's kinda exactly what I'm looking for in games lately. Something I can play in short bursts, or longer if I feel like it. I've been enjoying Dead Cells for that.
I... I did not know about that comic. I guess I stand corrected! Haha.
