One week later

Did 2km swim today and cycled 30 km. Gave up smoking last tuesday (hope I'll stick with it). I'm drinking a lot less alcohol than what I was used to (10-ish consumptions daily to 3 consumptions weekly) One year ago I weight more than 90 Kg, nog I'm down to a healthy 66 Kg. I'm looking forward to the future for the first time in a long time. The best is yet to come.
