That's about the laziest Photoshop job I've seen
It's misleading to call it photoshopping. It's MSPaint copy & pasting.
Photoshop clone stamp. Because it's the only thing this person knows how to use.
(I know because I used to be that person. Listen, it was a phase and I got over it, ok Mom?!!?)
Right, exactly this. Clone stamp used badly.
I wonder kind of damage it's obscuring.
Looks more like an MS Paint job to me
Pretty sure, as @[email protected] said, it's the clone stamp in Photoshop. It can be used well, but this isn't evidence of it.
