So, one of these people acted because of billionaires implementing policies that have allowed people to die, and the other is one of those billionaires that have, and will continue, to implement policies that will allow, if not cause, people to die.

Exactly. Most people do. I would guess it's around 1% that will never understand.
If the most recent US election, and trending politics around the globe are any indicator, it is WAY more than 1%
I was using 1% as a figure of speech. Like as in "The 1%."
