Can someone explain to me what this meme is supposed to convey? I’m having a hard time understanding it the way it’s laid out.
NASA is bad at efficient use of money.
On the left, you see Starbase, growing like a fargin mushroom, fueled by obsession and small, loose change, compared to NASA spending 10 times the money over the same time period and their infrastructure seems to be underused. Underused launch facilities cost a mint. The security, maintenance and environmental preservation cost more $$$ every year, but they're not launching. Starbase is launching.
