He also pardoned him for crimes anyone else wouldn't have even been charged for.
Imagine a parent who didn't have to? What if your dad was a cop and you murdered someone? Guess he should let you off the hook? Your logic is detrimental to society, enjoy this next go around when the "other team" is engaging in this tactic.
