Trying to get out of bed. Don't have anywhere to be today. Haven't had one of these days in a long time. Coffee, croissant and later a bagel is in order
Now I want a bagel. In your opinion where are the best bagels in Sydney?
Tbh..I make my own. I think they're the best. I'm out near Richmond, and there's a cafe there called Lennox Street Social. They're amazing, especially when nursing a hangofer. Brooklyn Boy Bagels are good too.. although, I think mine are on par with theirs (I'm not kidding) and it's a little out of the way 🤣
Is there something special about your recipe or process that makes yours the best?
No, nothing special, just when eating ( a "professional") one alongside mine there's no discernible difference. Good size, chewy.
