Cannot select "undetermined" language
The settings page says "Warning: If you deselect Undetermined, you will not see most content.", however there is no option for this. I can't comment on other communities, is this related?

Don’t worry about it, doesnt seem to matter.
I think it’s more to do about when you are posting in a multilingual instance, some do. Lemmy.ml has a massive list of languages but I always select English anyway.
I can comment across many instances so I don’t personally think it’s related. Although I’m not expert.
Using Jerboa and I don't seem to be able to select a language when posting, which does stop me from commenting
Yes I experience the same thing, I get an error that says the language I've selected is not allowed
Sure the latest Jerboa update fixed it for me.
Not for me, still can't comment on certain other instances without using the Web Interface to select a language
