The staff takes care of that.
They also get pretty annoyed at rubbish in the street. I'm sure our chef has the disposable container problem sorted, so probably not that.
I had a very vivid dream of a banquet with heaps of pastries and berries and stone fruit and rich, creamy sauces and pasta bakes and potato gratins...
