William R Bennett Bridge closed since 4AM due to a bomb threat. Not expected to re-open until after noon.

A van has parked itself sideways, blocking the Eastbound lanes. RCMP has closed both lanes of traffic due to a suspected explosive threat. Current estimate for re-opening is in the afternoon after a bomb squad has arrived and inspected the van.
Update: Bridge has re-opened as of 2:25PM
