CMV: If you don't have AC, you should try to live in basement units
Since basement units are the coldest, it won't be as needed. If it gets too cold, heaters are much easier to operate

Any good experiences/tips for buying a refurbished/cheap phone on ebay?
For refurbished phones, I'm concerned about the battery life being awful. Since most phones don't have swap-able batteries.
